HISTORY & GOALS

Wilderness School, founded in 1999, as a Day School to cater the needs of the people of Quetta as far as quality education is concerned. In 2005, at the request of the majority of the parents, we decided to bring our school timings back to 2.00 p.m.

We strive hard to achieve the following goals:

  • Education of young people from Playgroup to 'O' Level.
  • Establishment of a solid foundation for students learning at Pre-School Level.
  • Development of the “whole child” with careful consideration given to intellectual, physical, social, emotional and spiritual development.
  • Active involvement of students in co-curricular activities.
  • Development of each child's confidence in his/her expression and his/her sense of self worth.

OUR MISSION

Wilderness School & College Quetta is committed to providing an education of excellence that meets each student’s interests, abilities and needs within a common curricular framework and reflects and promotes an understanding of, and appreciation for, diversity in our community as an integral part of school life.

Wilderness challenges each student to develop intellectual independence, creativity and curiosity and a sense of responsibility toward others both within the School and in the community at large.
